Thailand SEC launches new regulations to support crypto ETFs and futures trading

Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is preparing to introduce new regulations to support crypto ETFs, crypto futures trading and tokenized investment products.
According to Wushuo, SEC Deputy Secretary-General Jomkwan Kongsakul said that Thailand plans to issue regulatory guidelines to support the establishment of crypto ETFs early this year and promote crypto futures trading on the Thailand Futures Exchange (TFEX).
