Coinbase Global CEO claims Bitcoin has hit bottom in this cycle

Coinbase Global CEO Brian Armstrong said that he believes Bitcoin has hit bottom in this cycle.
"Bitcoin goes through this four-year cycle," Armstrong said in an interview with Bloomberg Television in Singapore on Thursday. "I personally believe that the price of Bitcoin has bottomed out in this cycle, and as the next halving event approaches, the price will start to trend upward in the next one to two years."
He also said that the regulatory environment for the cryptocurrency industry "has improved greatly" and noted that the Clarity Act is "about to cross the finish line" in the Senate.
